The second OARC Workshop of 2009 will take place November 5th and 6th in Beijing, China. OARC Workshop meetings are open to OARC members, presenters, and to all other parties interested in DNS operations and research, subject to available space. The DNS Operations, Analysis, and Research Center (DNS-OARC) brings together key operators, implementors, and researchers on a trusted platform so they can coordinate responses to attacks and other concerns, share information and learn together. So the workshop is useful for every ISP.
