• Setup / 2 Jun: Lobby or "own room" (no special admin office @Tulip)
• 2 Jun: Setup net at Conference room @ Tulip
• 3 Jun / 6 Jun: Need office at Conference room @ Tulip

Note that the Tulip now claims to have wi-fi in the hotel (paid), so (at least initial) connectivity may be easy
