Morocco is an ATA Carnet country http://www.atacarnet.com/CountriesandTerritoriesAcceptingATACarnets.aspx so it is best to use the facility rather than create pain and unnecessary import duty costs for temporary imports.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMS ISSUES
For all shipments of equipment, books, ... to Morocco. You must clearly mention on the shipment document:
- "DONATION" pour les participants aux workshops Afnog/Afrinic?: for everything to be donated to participants.
- "DONATION" pour l'EMI: for everything that stays with EMI,
- "Materiel qui sera reexpedie vers le pays d'origine: for everything that will be shipped back after the workshop.
This is the *only* way to avoid problems with customs.
PS: the word "DON" or "DONATION" must be clearly shown - don't use synonyms

Book details
Current plan is to use one of the rooms in EE building as bookroom. As the EE building doesn't have an elevator, doing this on ground floor classroom may be best (pending approval of SI-F team)
