1.Theory was more than the practical. We should have emphasized in the practical.
2.Planning must have been proper before heading towards the field.
3.It would have been even better if training had covered the topics – power backup, ac, dc, solar etc.
4.Trainees need more advanced training – how to upgrade firmware, take GPS etc.
5.The training should include the courses related to O.S Installation and the PC hardware.
6.The difference in the level of understanding of the participants was the demerit of the training.
7.Classes about the Operating System should be provided.
8.Each person should have the individual PC during the training so that they could understand well.
9.Training should include the subjects - how router works, lightening management and network monitoring.
- The training would have been better if theory and practical had been run simultaneously.
